Yesterday was Day 2 of P90X, Plyometrics (a type of exercise training designed to produce fast, powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system)...As it began, you know, stretching, “loosening up,” I thought “Tony you can’t touch this!” I’m fairly flexible to start with— at least my legs are. So we (me and Tony) kick it into high gear. It’s not too intense. I finished, thinking that wasn’t too bad! But this morning, I woke up annnnnnnd my legs fell off!
